Keno Tactics That Make Money

[ English ]

It will not usually be thought of as the sexiest game in the universe of wagering, but keno has tons of devoted admirers. And why not? It’s a consistently exciting lotto-ish game that’s easy to learn, abundantly available in tons of different formats, and one that might yield millions for gamblers who master its limitless subtle intricacies. But let’s begin with the basics for now.

When explaining keno to novices, some gambling connoisseurs compare it to lotto. This is at least in some ways correct, in that both games are essentially numerical. But to take that comparison too far would be to devalue the endless unique characteristics that make keno so interesting. Not like bingo, keno players have the power to choose the numbers for each and every card.

Keno cards have a grand total of eighty numbers, but the user is furnished with an increased degree of personal responsibility by being able to choose as many (or as few) numbers as he desires. And it doesn’t take a doctor of keno to figure out how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark all your selected numbers with a good oldball point pen like you had back in the day.

Now that you have marked your numbers, carry your game card back to the person at the keno stand. The nice person will record your numbers and then hand you a receipt. Don’t lose this (potentially) expensive piece of paper! Even if the keno pit manager remembers your loud shirt and wants help out, without a winning ticket on you, you will get precisely $.00 for your winning card.

Now there you have strategy numero uno: always take care to keep your keno slip. Let us move on to something a little bit more useful, what do you think?

Now that you’ve checked off your numbers, get yourself into a nice keno booth and see the action happen on a monitor. This is where the winning numbers appear for us. If you’ve got winners, mark your card aptly. Be sure not to dally, or sit there congratulating yourself for too great a length of time. You must get up to the keno stand to collect your winnings, since a new keno game will likely get going within a few minutes.

Strategy #2: always get back to the keno booth on time!

Since you can not trust yourself to meet that 5 minute margin each time, you always retain the option of purchasing a "multi-race" ticket. These include the self same set of your desired numbers on anywhere from 2 to 20 slips. When the maximum number of rounds (fitting the amount of tickets) is completed, you are then able to get off your lazy back side and go collect your winnings.

Still another option is recognized as a "stray and play" keno ticket, which usually lets you make number selection for thirty rounds or more. Golly, you can take a Swedish massage and not have to fret about getting back in time to collect your numbers. Most "stray and play" cards are good for up to a whole year after you by it!

So now you are aware of a couple needed schemes for winning keno. If you are a discerning keno player, they might appear to be incredibly obvious. Still, it does not hurt to brush up on the basics, and if you are a newbie gambler, every bit of direction will help make your keno experience more agreeable.
